It's July! A very good month I might add. Got my start in July. Which is the inspiration to start new things this month. There are a few ideas brewing, but the main one has a meaningful purpose.
And back story GO.......
I've been a musician most of my life. The instruments I've been playing, starting with the violin, have been mainly focused on the use of arm muscles. With all those years of dabbling around on those instruments my arm muscles have gotten thier fair share of attention. Sadly the rest of my muscles, mainly legs, have been missing out. My fault completely. That is not a good thing. The real reason for that is because equality kicks ass, especially when talking about muscle group sort of things. Also, the next phase of the foot drum is in dire need of some ripped legs and abs. Not to mention back as well.
Basically my muscles are in need of an overhauling in the ways of equality, so this month will start that off.
Which means one thousand squats a day. That's right. Not straight, but multiple sets through out the day. Can't forget the stretching as well (splits are the best!). This will build them legs up for sure. I have already eaten my pre workout snack, and when I'm done typing this post, I'm going for it! Freakin exciting!
As for my back and abs, I have some ideas on that as well. Since they're a bit more developed than my legs there will be no need for one thousand of anything really. You know what, I think that has to be challenged. Till next time.
