Two things that make me feel instantly better are physical exercise and music. No doubt about it. That theory has been proven multiple times. Yet I still seem to forget it when I've been lacking in either one. Funny thing. Got the jitters, jump around. Feeling anxious, play some music. When it seems like the past five minutes have been twenty, it's sunny out and you feel like you're about to explode....Play music and exercise, simultaneously outside. The outdoors make it that much better.
Sometimes it's fun to intertwine the two. Indo-guitar while singing, two minute drum beats followed by two minute sprints (rinse and repeat). Beat box running or trampoline-ing. I still haven't attempted headstand guitar. Ooo, I could try one handed guitar playing while still using the other hand for supporting my head. I'll give that a try. Balancing acts are the best. That's just a glimpse of some things that make me happy.
What makes you instantly happy? Is it one thing, two things, maybe more? If it's more than one try attempting both at the same time. If possible, realistic, or that doesn't go against any morals. Just saying, you never know. So if it seems like a good idea give it a whirl. Guarantee it makes your mind work, and you learn something knew. Keep it fun, out in the sun, where's all the rum, aquarium. I'll stop rhyming.
In this video you can watch me jam out to Tito and Tarantula's song After Dark from their album TARANTISM. Here is a link to their site if you want more!
